Head of Performance at Taylor & Hart

Milen Dimitrov has a diverse work experience in the digital marketing industry. Milen started their career as a PPC Account Assistant at Digital Agency Interactive Share in December 2016. In this role, they provided support in managing advertising campaigns for primary clients and was responsible for tasks such as keyword research and campaign optimization.

Milen then progressed to become a PPC Account Manager in March 2017, where they took on more responsibilities, including creating and managing Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and attending client meetings. Milen successfully achieved clients' KPIs and ROI targets and worked with various tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.

In October 2018, Milen was promoted to the position of Head of Advertising at Digital Agency Interactive Share. In this role, they led the advertising strategy planning and execution for the agency. Milen continued to manage campaign performance, attend client meetings, and provide valuable insights through campaign reporting.

In December 2019, Milen joined Taylor & Hart as a Customer Acquisition Manager. Milen played a crucial role in acquiring customers for the company. In April 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of Performance, further showcasing their expertise in driving results and achieving targets.

Throughout their career, Milen has consistently demonstrated their skills in advertising strategy, campaign management, performance analysis, and client communication.

Milen Dimitrov completed their education in a chronological order. Milen earned their Bachelor of Management degree in Management from the University of Economics - Varna in the years 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Brand Management from New Bulgarian University from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Milen also obtained several certifications. Milen received certifications in E-mail Marketing, Facebook and Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) from Software University (softuni.bg) in the year 2017. Similarly, in 2016, they obtained an IELTS Academic Certificate with a grade of 7.0 from IELTS Official. Prior to that, in 2015, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing and SEO from Software University (softuni.bg) and General English Communication Class Upper-Intermediate Level B2 with a final grade of A from BRITANICA. Moreover, they gained certifications in Google Analytics and Google AdWords - Search in the years 2017 and 2016 respectively, from Google.
