Stephanie Wills

Stephanie Wills has a diverse range of work experience in the design and jewelry industry. Stephanie most recently worked at Taylor & Hart, where they held the position of Head of 3D Design. In this role, they focused on empowering their team to perform at their best and overseeing the growth of the department. Prior to that, they were a CAD Team Lead at Taylor & Hart, where they managed a team of 5 CAD designers and collaborated with other departments for planning and growth. Stephanie also worked as a CAD Jewelry Designer at Taylor & Hart before taking on leadership roles.

Before their time at Taylor & Hart, Stephanie worked as a Bespoke CAD Designer and 3D Printing specialist at Weston Beamor. Stephanie also gained experience as a 3D Print Technician at Birmingham City University. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Sales & Bespoke Design Assistant at Martin & Co Cheltenham.

In the earlier stages of their career, Stephanie had roles at ART SHAPE LIMITED, where they served as an Assistant Project Manager and Events and Exhibitions Intern. Stephanie also worked as a Creative Intern at NEW BREWERY ARTS LIMITED.

Stephanie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in CAD design, jewelry, leadership, project management, and event coordination.

Stephanie Wills earned a degree in Design for Industry with a focus on Jewellery and Silversmithing from Birmingham City University in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, they attended Loughborough University from 2010 to 2014, where they completed a degree in 3D Design: New Practice, specializing in Craft, Ceramics, Textiles, and Jewellery. Stephanie also studied at Loughborough University from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a BTEC Art Foundation degree with a concentration in 3D Design.
