Rebecca Duncan

Rebecca Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca began their career at Clyde Marine Recruitment in 2005 as a Crew Co-ordinator, responsible for managing crew operations and recruitment for blue-chip ferry operators. Rebecca later took on a Marketing and Communications Executive role within the same company, handling various marketing and branding activities. In 2008, Rebecca joined Inghams as a Resort Manager, where they served until 2010. Rebecca then returned to Clyde Marine Recruitment as a Crew Co-ordinator until 2018. During their time at Clyde Marine Recruitment, Rebecca also worked as a Contractor Co-ordinator for Red - Specialist Recruitment in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Contract Operations Manager at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel, a renewable energy recruitment partner. In this role, Rebecca has been instrumental in the company's growth and has received several awards and recognition for their contributions.
