Rhonda Mettey

Rhonda Metty has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as Accounting Manager and Customer Service & Admin at Taylor Logistics Inc. since July 2018. In this role, Rhonda develops and maintains key relationships with customers and carriers while resolving claims and OS&D issues. Concurrently, Rhonda functions as a Drayage Dispatcher for Taylor Distributing Company and as Ops & Customer Service Manager at Taylor Logistics, specializing in project management aimed at enhancing customer service and analyzing data and KPIs to meet performance goals. Previously, from January 1979 to April 2011, Rhonda held the position of Dispatch Operations Manager at Taylor Distributing Company, where responsibilities included route creation, driver management, personnel training on TMS systems, and implementing security documentation. Rhonda also contributed as Customer Service Manager, ensuring timely deliveries and reducing claims ratios to 98 through the development of standard operating procedures. Rhonda is a graduate of Forest Park High School.
