Laura Garrett

Laura Garrett has been with TaylorMade Golf Company since January of 2002, and is currently their Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. Laura has over 25 years of experience in leadership coaching and consulting, curriculum design and development, and administering interview-based 360˚ assessments. Laura is also a MBTI and Hogan Assessment practitioner for both individuals and teams. Laura has also worked with Shutterfly as a Senior Project Manager and with Chipshot.com as their Senior Operations Manager. Laura Garrett has a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

Laura Garrett has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a BA in Economics from Kenyon College, and a Professional Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Laura also has certification from Hogan Assessment Systems as a Certified Hogan Assessment Administrator, from the International Coach Federation as a Credentialed Member, from Ondecision, Inc. as an Ondecision Method Facilitator, from Qualifying.org as a Qualified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Practitioner, and from SHRM as an SHRM-SCP.
