Rick Paschal is the current CFO at TaylorMade Golf Company. Prior to their current position, Rick was the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Varsity Brands from January 2016 to December 2019. Varsity Brands is a $2 billion revenue, high-growth, private-equity backed market leader in team sports, school spirit/cheerleading, and achievement recognition. Rick was one of the founding leadership team members recruited to Varsity Brands to establish center-led governance structure, enhance strategic development, and drive scale and value across three separate business units. Rick led all financial and treasury aspects of the enterprise and directed a total team of 200.

During their time at Varsity Brands, Rick completed the successful sale of the company, including leading all financial aspects of management presentations, Quality of Earnings (Q of E) and due diligence processes, and all post-close financial implications, including NWC true-ups, audited financials and purchase accounting adjustments. Additionally, they managed $2 billion in credit facilities, including lender earnings calls and rating agency presentations; they also led 2 dividend recapitalizations and 2 debt repricing actions.

Before joining Varsity Brands, Rick Paschal served as the SVP, Stuart Weitzman Integration Task Force Leader at Coach from January 2015 to December 2015.

Rick Paschal has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BSc. Commerce from the University of Virginia.

They are on a team with David Brownie - SVP, Global Operations & Service, Laura Garrett - SVP, Global Human Resources, and David Bradley - VP and MD, Canada & Latin America. Their manager is David Abeles, President and CEO.
