Beth Dufour has over 25 years of diverse professional experience, primarily focusing on administrative support, human resources, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Office Manager/TM Ambassador and Office Coordinator at Taylor Morrison since December 2022, Beth is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees and providing HR support for over 190 staff members. Prior to this, Beth worked as a Processing Coordinator at Taylor Morrison Home Funding, where responsibilities included administrative support for loan processing and ensuring accurate documentation.
