Darin Rowe

Darin Rowe, CPA, MBA has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Darin began their career at PwC as a Senior Associate Auditor, where they quickly rose through the ranks and gained valuable experience working with clients like Ford Motor Company. After their time at PwC, Darin joined PulteGroup as Director of Finance, where they played a key role in financial management and strategy for the company.

Seeking new challenges, Darin moved on to Richmond American Homes, where they held various leadership positions, including Division President and EVP. During their tenure, they excelled in land acquisitions, finance, and overall divisional management.

In 2008, Darin joined Taylor Morrison as an Assistant Controller, where their financial acumen and expertise greatly contributed to the company's success. Darin later made a transition to Meritage Homes, becoming the Corporate Vice President of Land Assets and Vice President of Finance. In this role, they spearheaded strategic land acquisition and capital allocation processes for the company and managed a significant off balance sheet land banking activity.

Currently, Darin serves as the National President of the Yardly For-Rent Brand at Taylor Morrison. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the national strategy for constructing lower-density multifamily housing communities under the Yardly brand, and actively seeking land and human resource talent in various locations.

Throughout their career, Darin Rowe has consistently demonstrated their industry expertise, financial prowess, and leadership skills, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Darin Rowe, CPA, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Darin later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/Business from W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University. In addition to their education, Darin also holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Michigan with reciprocity in Arizona and an active Real Estate License from the State of Arizona.
