David Morse, LEED-AP, currently serves as the Director of Forward Planning for Taylor Morrison, a position held since September 2025. As the Founder and President of Tartan - Real Estate Development Solutions since April 2016, David oversees a range of development services tailored to various asset classes. Previously, David worked as the Senior Land Entitlement Manager for Toll Brothers, focusing on significant housing community projects in the Pacific Northwest, and held the role of Vice President of Investments for Regency Centers, where David managed complex land transactions and retail center redevelopment. David's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Boos Development Group, where leadership was provided for regional strategies and project management, as well as serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, overseeing development and construction operations. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Emory University.
