Denise Calco-McCullers

Denise Calco-McCullers serves as the Regional Architectural Manager for the Florida Region at Taylor Morrison since March 2019, having also held the role of Construction Project Manager. Prior to this, Denise was the Vice President of Production at Inland from May 2014 to February 2019, and worked as a Senior Purchasing Agent at Meritage Homes from August 2013 to May 2014. Denise's career includes positions as a Purchasing Agent at Standard Pacific Homes and as a Construction Superintendent at Pulte Homes, where Denise notably advanced from Resource Scheduling Expeditor, managing scheduling templates and significantly reducing cycle times for construction projects. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Residential Housing Construction and Management from Florida State University, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
