Denise Warren

Denise Warren is the current Director at Taylor Morrison. Prior to this, they served as the Member Board of Directors at Monotype from April 2018 to October 2019, where they chaired the Nominating & Governance Committee. Denise has also been with Vista Equity Partners and Flont, Inc., serving as the CEO and Founder of Netlyst, LLC and President of Digital/ CEO East Coast Papers at Tribune Publishing. In addition, Denise has been a Member of Board of Directors at Electronic Arts (EA) from May 2013 to August 2018. Lastly, Denise was the Executive Vice President, Digital Products & Services at The New York Times from January 1988 to November 2014.

Denise Warren completed their BA in Business at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Denise then went on to earn their MBA in Communications & Media Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Most recently, they completed a program in Board Governance at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
