Kimberly Kraft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions and forward planning within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Forward Planning and Land Acquisitions at Taylor Morrison since April 2020, Kimberly previously held key positions at William Lyon Homes, where roles included Director of Forward Planning and Director of Land Acquisition for the Inland Empire. Prior experiences encompass roles at RSI Communities as Director of Land Acquisition, SunCal as Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions, and LNR Property LLC in Finance & Project Management.
