Leigh Penny

Leigh Penny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Purchasing Agent at Taylor Morrison since August 2012, Leigh is responsible for facilitating the bidding and contracting process, developing scopes of work, and analyzing house cost budgets, among other duties. Prior to Taylor Morrison, Leigh worked at Stone and Youngberg as a Purchasing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included managing presentations and client interactions. Earlier experience at Bank of America as an Assistant Banking Center Manager involved leading a team, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring compliance. Leigh holds a BIS degree in Psychology and Sociology from Arizona State University, having previously studied Psychology at Paradise Valley Community College.
