Matt Sanchez

Matt Sanchez has a strong background in internal audit and financial advisory services. Matt spent over a decade at Protiviti, where they served as an Associate Director, building and maintaining relationships with clients and overseeing client engagements. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Audit at Taylor Morrison, leading all aspects of the Internal Audit function and spearheading the development of a next-generation internal audit strategy. Matt has also built and refined the company's SOX compliance program.

Matt Sanchez received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting & Finance from New Mexico State University in 2003. In 2004, they earned a Masters of Science in Accounting with a focus on Financial Reporting and Assurance Services from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
