Nathaniel Gulick

Nathaniel Gulick, MBA, SCPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development and Entitlements at Taylor Morrison since December 2023, Nathaniel has previously held senior roles at Meritage Homes and Haydon Building Corp. Nathaniel's career also encompasses project management positions at D.R. Horton and Sunland Asphalt & Construction, as well as a background in engineering and heavy civil construction. Additionally, Nathaniel has contributed to education as an adjunct professor at Central Arizona College. With military service as a Motor Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, Nathaniel possesses a diverse skill set grounded in both practical and academic experience. Educational credentials include degrees from Arizona State University, Stanford University, and the University of Phoenix.
