Paul Miccolis

Paul Miccolis is an experienced construction management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Area Construction Manager and Warranty Manager at Taylor Morrison since February 2020, Paul has previously held significant positions including Director of Warranty and General Superintendent at William Lyon Homes from October 2015 to February 2020. Prior roles include Project Manager at TMC Landscape and Independent Business Owner at Arizona Project Solutions LLC, as well as Project Manager at Fulton Homes and Area Manager at Beazer Homes.
