Roberto Lee possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, with a strong focus on inclusivity, policy development, and talent acquisition. At Taylor Morrison, Roberto served as Vice President of People Operations, Acquisition & Inclusion, emphasizing change management and fostering inclusivity, in addition to previous roles as National Director of DEIB & Talent Acquisition and Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes significant HR roles at Dollar General, Charles Schwab, and Walgreens Health Initiatives, where Roberto concentrated on policies, retention strategies, and the implementation of HR software.
