Tim Carpenter

Tim Carpenter has extensive work experience in the IT field. Their most recent position is as the Director of IT & Security Officer at Taylor Regional Hospital, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Software Development at SandStorm IT from 2019. Tim also worked as the Director of IT at Springfield Clinic from 2018 to 2019, and as an Information Technology Manager at Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they held positions such as Director of Enterprise Infrastructure at Health First from 2015 to 2017, Director of Technology at Athens Regional Health System from 2013 to 2015, and Director of IT at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare from 2012 to 2013. Tim Carpenter obtained a BBA in Economics & Finance from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 1981 to 1988. Tim then pursued an MBA in Finance at Christian Brothers University from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Tim has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Profession in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HIMSS in December 2017, Certified Identity and Access Manager from the Identity Management Institute in March 2017, CMMI-A from the CMMI Institute in September 2016, and Certified Help Desk Director from STI in July 2004.
