James Brewster CMgr FCMI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Birmingham at Taylor Root since September 2019, James leads the Midlands division. Prior roles include Managing Director at BCL Legal from February 2008 to June 2019, where James specialized in recruiting lawyers into private practice, and Managing Consultant at Hudson Legal from 2002 to January 2008. James began a career in recruitment in the IT sector, starting as a Consultant at Best People in 1998 and advancing to Senior Consultant at Best International Group. James holds a BA Hons in Education & Physical Education from St. Mary's University and achieved Chartered Manager Status through the Chartered Management Institute.
