Julian Stone

Julian Stone is a seasoned professional in legal recruitment, currently serving as a Partner at Taylor Root since August 2003. In this role, Julian is an SRG Group Board member, overseeing European and US operations, including all legal and compliance divisions in both in-house and private practice contexts. With extensive expertise in recruiting for legal positions, particularly at the Legal Director and General Counsel levels within financial services and industry, Julian has made significant contributions to the field. Prior to Taylor Root, Julian was a Partner at Garfield Robbins International from May 1997 to July 2003, where the in-house division was established to recruit lawyers at all levels in commerce and financial services. Julian's educational background includes a Bar School degree from the Inns of Court School of Law and an LLB (Hons) from King's College London.
