Stephanie Bristow is a seasoned legal recruitment and talent strategy professional with over 12 years of experience in a top 60 law firm, currently serving as Partner & Head of Acquisition at Taylor Rose MW since October 2012. Stephanie specializes in stakeholder management, competitor analysis, and recruitment across all candidate levels, demonstrating a strong aptitude for sourcing and onboarding legal consultants, as well as training and managing teams.
