Serena Yap

Serena Yap currently serves as Director at Taylor Thomson Whitting (TTW) since November 2022. Previously, at Aurecon from May 2016 to September 2022, Serena held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director and Technical Director, focusing on strengthening Aurecon’s presence in Singapore while managing project costs and pursuing business growth. Prior to Aurecon, Serena was Principal and Head of Buildings (C&S) at T.Y. Lin International Pte Ltd from March 1981 to April 2016. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed the Advanced Management Programme on Productivity and Leadership Development at BCA-SMU-WDA.
