Kate Wills Blyberg serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Taylor University's Cornwall School of Business & Leadership, where a mission is to cultivate standout servant leaders in business. As an alumna, Kate also contributes to the advisory council, focusing on curriculum development and the advancement of the university. With extensive experience in eCommerce strategy and consulting, Kate held leadership roles at Kroger, CLEAR, and Convergys, driving customer-centric strategies and enhancing brand value. Additionally, Kate engages as a speaker, coach, and mentor, supporting students and young professionals in navigating the evolving workplace landscape. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Taylor University and an MBA from Urbana University.
