Ian Moore is a Partner at Taylor Wessing, specializing in Emerging Companies and M&A, where they advise high-growth companies, investors, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on the technology, consumer, and life sciences sectors. Previously, Ian founded Dhu®, a sportswear brand recognized for pioneering Performance Cashmere® and winning numerous international awards for innovation. With extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, Ian has been acknowledged as a key lawyer in legal directories and recognized for expertise in cross-border M&A. They serve as the Talent Partner for the Corporate Technology and Life Sciences team in London and co-chair the Nordic Desk at Taylor Wessing. Prior to their current role, Ian held partner positions at Eversheds Sutherland and Norton Rose Fulbright.
