Heather Anderson

Heather Anderson is an experienced professional in change management and training, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance since October 2015. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Senior Training Manager at Standard Register, leading a team of Learning Consultants to train 600 employees on various subjects. Additional experience includes roles as a Learning Facilitator at Fifth Third Bank, Operations Manager at OfficeMax, Human Resources Manager at Model Graphics and Media, and Senior Trainer at Kinko's. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Speech Communication from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Wright State University.
