Jessica Lindee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessica began their career at AT&T, where they held multiple customer-centric roles, ranging from inbound/outbound representative to team leader. Jessica then worked as a User Experience Strategist and Visual Interface Designer at RSM from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they served as a User Interface Design Consultant at Harbinger Partners, working with Wells Fargo / RCIS as their client. Jessica later joined Wells Fargo / RCIS as a Customer Experience (CX) Interaction Designer from 2008 to 2011. Jessica then worked as a Sr. User Experience Strategist at Horizontal Integration (Client: Optum) from 2011 to 2012. Jessica subsequently joined Taylor Corporation, where they held various positions such as Manager - Brand, Creative, UX from 2012 to 2016, Director - Digital Product & Design from 2016 to 2018, Director - Brand & Creative Marketing from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as Vice President - Brand & Creative Marketing.
Jessica Lindee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Brown College in 2005. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, and Multimedia from the same institution in 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica has obtained various certifications over the years, including Marketing Strategy from Cornell University in 2022, High Performance Leadership from the Professional Development Academy in 2021, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2021, Certified Product Manager and Certified Product Marketer from Pragmatic Institute in 2018, and Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in 2007.
