Patricia Baroncini

Patricia Baroncini is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Taylored Fulfillment Services since March 2021, Patricia has previously held prominent positions, including Head of Human Resources at OCP North America and Vice President of Human Resources at Ex-Cell/Croscill/Glenoit. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at ABC Carpet & Home and Vice President of Human Resources at Pret A Manger, among others. Patricia's career began at Pitney Bowes as a Senior HR Generalist, building a strong foundation in human resources management. Patricia earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Mount Saint Mary College.
