Matthew Ainscough

Matthew Ainscough has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Matthew is currently employed as the Head of Employment at Taylor Emmet Solicitors since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Employment Lawyer (FCILEx) at Bell & Buxton LLP, Solicitors from May 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chartered Legal Executive at Martin & Co Solicitors from April 2016 to May 2019. Matthew also worked as a Chartered Legal Executive at Trade Union Legal LLP from October 2014 to April 2016. Matthew gained valuable experience and expertise in employment law during their time at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where they provided legal advice and assistance on various aspects of employment law from September 2013 to October 2014. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a Financial Guidance Officer at HSBC from April 2009 to April 2010.

Matthew Ainscough's education history begins with their time at Wickersley Comprehensive School, where they attended from 1994 to 2001. Matthew then went on to the University of Derby and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2008 to 2010, where they completed a Graduate Diploma in Law. Finally, Matthew Ainscough attended the College of Law - Manchester from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice.
