EVP, Strategy at Taylor

Christina Merritt is the EVP of Strategy at Taylor. Christina has over 25 years of experience in global media strategy and has worked with some of the world's largest advertisers.

Merritt began their career at Starcom in April 2016 as the SVP of Global Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for leading the media strategy for One Publicis Team Samsung, developing annual strategy playbooks for 80 markets, overseeing implementation across categories, setting best practice benchmarks, and provoking new media thinking. Christina also revitalized the award culture at Starcom, winning a Silver Lion in Cannes, 2x Gold at FOMG, and Bronze Effie for “Galaxy Skin” within Fortnite.

In July 2021, Merritt joined Taylor as the EVP of Strategy. In this role, they are responsible for leading the global strategy for Visa, implementing data-driven connections planning ("Code") across the portfolio, initiating new audience strategy with mindset, segment, signal logic for precision targeting, executing global Rio Olympics campaign (“Road to Rio”), and planning a sophisticated media ecosystem across POE for the “Year of Sports” in 2017/18 (Winter Olympics, FIFA Confederations/World Cup, NFL and other sponsorships).

Christina Merritt completed a BA in Marketing with Mass Communications at London Metropolitan University. Christina also attended Gymnasium Hittfeld.

They work with Bradley Mancuso - EVP, Executive Creative Director, Maeve Hagen - President, Charlotte, and John Liporace - Managing Partner. Their manager is Tony Signore, CEO & Managing Partner. Some individuals on their team include Carly Wilkins - Strategy Director, Namreta Kumar - VP, Strategy.
