Matthew Douglas

Matthew Douglas currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Ticket Sales at Louisiana State University, a position held since September 2022 after previously being the General Manager for Ticket Sales there. Prior to LSU, Matthew held the role of Director of Ticket Sales and Annual Giving at Baylor University from July 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing ticket sales operations and supporting annual fundraising initiatives. Matthew began their career in ticket sales at Oklahoma State University Athletics, progressing from Student Sales Representative to Ticket Sales Coordinator, where customer service and feedback solicitation were key duties. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Oklahoma State University between 2012 and 2016.
