Kristina Moore, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director. With a background in Human Resource Management and Psychology, Kristina has a strong foundation in managing HR operations, employee relations, strategic planning, legal compliance, and training and development. As an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Maryland Global Campus, Kristina is dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment for undergraduate students taking courses in Employment Law and Labor Relations. Kristina's expertise lies in building people strategies, maintaining employee engagement, and implementing HRIS platforms to enhance HR functions in various organizations.
