Joseph Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career as a Catering & Call Center Specialist at Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in 2012. Joseph then moved up the ladder and held positions such as Director of Catering and Director of Marketing and Catering. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Operations & Area Supervisor before transitioning to become the Director of Corporate Catering Operations and Training in 2015. Joseph also worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Gap Inc. from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they have experience in the sports field as Head Track and Field Coach / Assistant Cross Country Coach at Florence High School from 2009 to 2010. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing and growing catering programs, overseeing operations, managing employees, and collaborating with different departments for innovative solutions.
