Nader Fotouhi has worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at the Global Alliance for TB Drug Development since October 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Scientific Officer from April 2014 to October 2017. Before joining the Global Alliance for TB Drug Development, they held the position of Vice President at Hoffmann La Roche from January 2001 to March 2014.
Nader Fotouhi's education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from Assumption University, which they obtained between the years of 1976 and 1980. Nader then pursued further education and received a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross from 1980 to 1982. Following this, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and completed their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from 1982 to 1988. Lastly, they continued their academic journey at MIT as a PostDoctoral student in Organic Chemistry, graduating in 1990.
