Ellen Westerlund

Ellen Westerlund currently serves as a Partner and Team Leader for Recruitment at TB-Group since August 2021, overseeing a team of five recruiters and managing projects within societal development. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where responsibilities focused on project management in recruitment, and as a Key Account Manager at Azote Sustainability, handling customer relations and media sales. Ellen's professional journey also encompasses a position as an Information Secretary at Novium, where responsibilities included website management and communication tasks, as well as operating as a Professional Coach, providing individual coaching and workshops from May 2017 to October 2020. Earlier work experience includes serving as a waitress at Gullö gård. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult and General Education from the University of Helsinki and has completed HR/personal administration studies at Hanken School of Economics.
