Alexander Derzhaev

Alexander Derzhaev has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tinkoff since September 2008. Responsibilities include managing the IT Infrastructure team, overseeing infrastructure and network security, and strategizing technology planning and development. Notably, achievements include renegotiating supplier contracts that saved $1 million in operating expenses and leading significant projects like the Remote Access Project and Tinkoff DataCenters. Prior roles include Head of Network R&D at Orange Business Services and Synterra, as well as Head of NOC at Infopac, where expertise in ISP network maintenance and routing protocols was demonstrated. Alexander holds a BA in telecommunications from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
