Evgeniya Kheynman

Evgeniya Kheynman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Employer Brand Head at T-Bank and Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Tinkoff since July 2023, Kheynman also holds the position of Employer Brand Lead at Yandex and Яндекс.Маркет since June 2021. Additionally, Kheynman has been with Accenture since October 2016 in various roles, including Internal and Recruitment Marketing Specialist and People Communications and Talent Brand Lead. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Manager at KCA Deutag from March 2009 to September 2012. Kheynman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and a bachelor's degree in management in petrochemical business from Академия Менеджмента Инноваций.
