Kirill Rudakov

Kirill Rudakov currently serves as the Head of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) in the Risk Department at Tinkoff Bank, focusing on various aspects of risk management, including Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, and Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book (CSRBB). Prior experience includes a role as Chief Risk Manager at Sberbank, where responsibilities involved supporting mathematical model development related to economic value and efficiency of exploration. Kirill also worked as an Expert in Treasury at VTB, overseeing balance risk and limit control in subsidiaries, and held the position of Chief Economist in the Department of Strategic Planning at Otkritie, where financial models for banking projects were developed. Early career highlights include serving as Head of the Analytical Division at Mutual Fund "НСКА Новостройки," focused on financial modeling and investment evaluation in real estate. Kirill earned a Specialist degree in International Monetary Relations from the Higher School of Economics between 2007 and 2012.
