Mikhail Dyakonov

Mikhail Dyakonov is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the CTO at Tinkoff Bank since January 2018, where responsibilities include establishing a corporate back-office automation department. Mikhail founded and owned getqa.ru from August 2011 to October 2021, delivering consulting, ERP, and custom software development. Previous roles include Consulting Manager at SITRONICS IT, where successful execution of five CRM projects took place, and Team Lead at Tinkoff Bank, overseeing a rapid CRM system launch. Early career experiences include consulting roles at Sputnik Labs and a technical position at ЭНИМС, building a strong foundation in programming and client needs.
