Vlad Shakurov

Vlad Shakurov has extensive experience in product management and compliance technology, currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Tinkoff since October 2017, where responsibilities include the technological development of compliance, risk analytics, machine learning, product and operational analytics, platforms, and automation. Prior to this role, Vlad held positions such as Team Lead of Analytics and Business Analyst at Tinkoff and worked as a Senior Specialist at ФКУ "Налог-Сервис" of the Federal Tax Service of Russia from October 2016 to October 2017, focusing on interactions with IT systems, data analysis, and functionality development. Vlad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics and Information and Analytical Systems in Business from Kazan State University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
