Justin Marrello

Justin Marrello, MBA, is an accomplished Strategy Analyst at Tbaytel with extensive experience in business analytics and sales support. Since May 2019, Justin has led significant initiatives, including the establishment of the Sales Training Hub and the management of the RFx tender process, driving operational excellence through process improvements and data-driven decision-making. Previously, Justin held roles at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and RBC, where financial analytics and relationship management were key focus areas. An Executive Director at the Young Professionals Network of Ontario, Justin designed effective marketing strategies to boost membership and social media presence. Academically, Justin holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Fredericton and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Lakehead University.
