Karen Ball

Karen Ball, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Tbaytel since January 2005, with prior roles including Senior Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, and Recruitment & Training Advisor. Previously, Karen worked as a Travel Consultant at Thunder Bay Travel from April 2000 to September 2003. Educationally, Karen holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Confederation College, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a degree in Travel & Tourism as well as Business Administration with a Human Resources Management concentration from the same institution, earned from 1996 to 1999.
