Dmitriy Chelyshev

Dmitriy Chelyshev has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management. Dmitriy is currently the Head of the Operational Risk Department at TBC UZ since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MTS Group from 2017 to 2023, where they served as the Acting Head of the Risk Management division. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing an integrated risk management system across multiple subsidiaries of the company. Dmitriy also had previous roles at MTS Group as a Senior Risk Manager, where they prepared risk assessments for executives and developed tools for risk analysis, and as a Risk Manager, where they prepared regular risk reports and implemented an IT system for enterprise risk management. Before joining MTS Group, Dmitriy worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Carcade Leasing where they developed models for forecasting accounts receivable and prepared analysis reports.

Dmitriy Chelyshev's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they studied Mathematical Methods in Economics from 2011 to 2015. Dmitriy then pursued a Master's degree in Economic Risks at the same university from 2015 to 2017, graduating summa cum laude. Following this, Dmitriy engaged in postgraduate studies at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2017 to 2020, focusing on Mathematical Methods in Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Dmitriy Chelyshev has obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. These certifications include the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate and the Applied Data Science Specialization from Coursera, both obtained in October and November 2022, respectively. Dmitriy also completed the Learning Python for Data Analysis and Visualization course from Udemy in October 2022. In 2019, Dmitriy earned the CRMP.RR (Certified Risk Management Professional.RUSRISK) certification from "Russian Society of Risk Management" (Русское общество управления рисками). Furthermore, in January 2014, they completed the course "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python" offered by Coursera.
