Dmitry Shcherbitskiy

Dmitry Shcherbitskiy is a seasoned internal auditor with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at TBC UZ since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dmitry worked at VEON from May 2013 to February 2023, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Internal Audit for Beeline Uzbekistan and Lead Manager of Functional Audit for Group Internal Audit. Dmitry's career began at Beeline Russia, where responsibilities as an Audit Manager included leading the Siberian Internal Audit division. Dmitry's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, complemented by specialized training in auditing telecom companies from the MIS Training Institute in London, as well as various professional development courses from Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and other institutions.
