Nika Kurdiani

Nika Kurdiani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nika started their career in 2014 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at JSC TBC Bank Georgia. Nika then went on to hold multiple leadership positions at TBC, including Chief Executive Officer of TBC Group's Uzbekistan operations and Head of International. In addition, they have served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Space International, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TBC UZ and Payme.uz, and Member of the Supervisory Board at TBC Kredit. Nika has also been involved in other ventures such as owning UKVE LLC and Artana Wines. Nika has served as a Member of the Advisory Board at IE Business School and as a Supervisory Board Member at the Export Development Association and SMEDA.

Nika Kurdiani has a diverse education background. In 2001, they enrolled at Caucasus University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing in 2006. Nika then pursued a Master of Science degree in International Economics from Georgian Technical University, which they completed in 2006. In 2002, they attended Ruhr University Bochum for a non-degree program in Business Administration. Later, in 2006, Nika went to IE Business School and earned an MBA degree. Continuing their educational journey, they joined Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019 and completed the LEAD Corporate Innovation program in 2020. Nika'smost recent educational achievement was in 2023 when they attended IMD and obtained an Advanced Management Program (AMP) certification.
