Aleksandre Kvantrishvili has extensive work experience in software development, with a focus on backend development and leadership roles. Aleksandre started their career as a Software Developer at Georgian Railway in 2004 and later took on the role of Lead Programmer. In 2008, they joined GPI Holding - Vienna Insurance Group and worked as a Software Developer and IT Analyst, responsible for planning and coordinating software development projects. Aleksandre then moved to Bank Republic Societe Generale Group in 2016, where they served as a Senior Software Developer. In 2017, they joined Liberty Bank as an IT System Analyst briefly before joining TBC Bank as a Senior Software Developer. At TBC Bank, they held various roles, including Senior Software Developer, Backend Development Digital Channel Chapter Lead, and Senior Software Developer, Chapter Area Lead Backend Development - Channel Systems. In these roles, they led teams, spearheaded modernization efforts, and developed software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
