Irine Matchavariani has extensive experience in tech talent acquisition and information technology processes. Currently serving as an Information Technology Process Analyst at TBC since May 2021, Irine has also held the roles of Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager and Tech Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes working as an International Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at MaxinAI for a brief period in early 2021, where the mission focused on accelerating economic growth through custom software development services and artificial intelligence. Irine's career began at NEXT Executive Search, serving as an International Tech Talent Sourcer from December 2019 to February 2021, connecting top executive and digital talent with leading high-tech companies. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Governance and Social Sciences from Free University of Tbilisi, completed in 2020.
