Lika Jokhadze

Lika Jokhadze has extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Lika worked at TBC Bank as the Human Capital Financial and Reporting Team Lead, where they were responsible for developing and managing compensation strategies, payroll processes, and human capital policies. Prior to this, they held the role of Development Manager and Financial Services and Administration Group Senior Manager/Manager at TBC Bank, where they redesigned HR policies, implemented new systems of remuneration, and managed HR budgets. Lika also has experience in recruitment and project management, having worked as a Recruitment Advisor, Project Manager, and Recruiting Manager at TBC Bank. In addition, they worked at GBDC Caucasia as an HR, PR, and Project Manager, where they planned PR activities, managed projects, and implemented various initiatives funded by USAID.

Lika Jokhadze completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from the Free University of Tbilisi from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Human Resource Management at the University of "Piraeus" and Georgian Banking Training Center from 2010 to 2011. In 2008, they attended the International School of Economics (ISET) for a winter school program focused on Macro and Micro Economics, Statistics, and STATA. Lika earned their Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University between 2004 and 2008. Lika Jokhadze also participated in a long-term trainings program on Small Business Development, NGO, Conflict Transformation, Conflict Management, and Small Mediation organized by USAID and AED from 2001 to 2004. Lika completed their earlier education in Physics and Mathematics at Iv. Vekua # 42 from 1999 to 2004.
