Shoti Meparidze is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at TBC Capital since August 2020, Shoti has progressed through various roles, including Investment Banking Analyst, Junior Investment Banking Analyst, and Investment Banking Intern. Alongside this, Shoti has been the CFO and Manager at GT Tennis Club since May 2016. Additional experience includes a Financial Analyst position at the Field Club of Greenwich and at CyraCom Language Solutions. Prior to transitioning into finance, Shoti had a notable career as a Professional Tennis Player with the ATP Tour from July 2012 to July 2017. Shoti holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2019, after completing studies at North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2016.

TBC Capital was established in 1999, and until 2015 it was largely concentrated on brokerage and custody solutions. In 2015, we launched Research and Corporate Advisory units, transforming the company from a purely brokerage unit into an investment banking boutique, providing services tailored for the Georgian market.
