Doug Sergent

Doug Sergent has a strong work background in the legal field. Doug started their career as a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP in 1999, where they handled employment and labor law cases. In 2012, they transitioned to TBC Corporation, initially serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. In this role, they provided legal advice and support to business unit leaders and executives. Later, they rose to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, CCO, and Corporate Secretary at TBC Corporation. In this capacity, they partnered with C-suite executives, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors to protect the company's interests and ensure its smooth operation.

Doug Sergent attended Case Western Reserve University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree. During their time at Case Western Reserve University, they studied Political Science and Government, Biology, and Philosophy. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Cleveland State University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
