Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Capability, Enablement & Business Planning at TBC Corporation, Hayden focuses on transforming sales strategies to enhance productivity and customer-centric approaches. Previous roles include contributing to private equity performance improvement at Alvarez & Marsal, leading strategic transformation at The ODP Corporation, and launching the Global Logistics Division at GardaWorld. With entrepreneurial experience as Co-Founder and COO of How I Compare and significant involvement in organizational partnerships, Hayden's expertise is bolstered by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, along with additional training in strategic negotiations from Harvard University.
